Reporting Guidelines

Huabao Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd., as a modern and international listed company driven by consumer demand and technological innovation, is committed to fully addressing the opportunities and challenges arising in the new stage of development and continuously enhancing its core competitiveness. The Company actively undertakes its social responsibilities and places strong emphasis on anti-fraud and anti-bribery controls in all business and management activities. Any fraudulent or bribery activities that harm the interests of the Company or the public interest are strictly prohibited. With respect to fraud and bribery, the Company adopts a zero-tolerance approach to any form of such misconduct.

Guided by the principle that integrity and trust are fundamental to sustainable business, the Company reviews its anti-fraud and anti-bribery control practices in business operations, identifies and assesses potential fraud and bribery risks, and, in alignment with future development requirements, comprehensively upgrades its existing anti-fraud and anti-bribery management and operational framework. As a result, the Company has established an Anti-Fraud and Anti-Bribery Management System. This management system serves as a code of conduct for the Company, all employees, and business partners in carrying out all business activities, with the objective of jointly fostering a clean, ethical, fair, and transparent business environment.

We encourage you to provide your name and contact details when submitting a report so that we may contact you for additional information and conduct a comprehensive investigation. We will also process anonymous reports where valid reporting information is provided. We will keep your identity and the information you provide strictly confidential.

We do not tolerate any fabrication or falsification of facts, or any malicious attacks or defamation against Huabao employees. Where such behavior is identified, Huabao reserves the right to pursue legal liability. Retaliation in any form against whistleblowers, witnesses, or investigation personnel is strictly prohibited. Any such behavior will be subject to strict investigation and disciplinary action.

We encourage complaints and reporting. For reported fraud cases that are verified, the Company will reward the whistleblower with 5% of the recovered economic losses, with the total annual reward capped at RMB 500,000 . If a whistleblower reports, within 24 hours, any misconduct involving a Huabao employee accepting improper benefits from a third party, the Company will grant the whistleblower 50% of the improper benefits returned by the employee , with a maximum reward of RMB 200,000 .
